This chasm is deep

The bridge is narrow

Even as I slip & fall

Into the shadow

There is still light above.

I will reach it again

However high

Because I’m not alone.

With you at my side

All things are possible

No matter how improbable

I will climb back up

In your strength

(God willing).

My own won’t cut it,

Because I’m a muppet

I’ll try to do the work.

That’s when it’s impossible

I don’t have the power alone,
